Everything is baked to order, so timing matters. Here's how collection works and how to keep a cake at its best once it's yours.

Two weeks for celebration cakes. Four weeks or more for weddings and tiered cakes. Cupcakes and sweets follow the weekly bake schedule.

Collection is from our Brooklyn kitchen by appointment. We confirm a window when your order is booked, usually Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

Delivery within Brooklyn and lower Manhattan can be arranged for celebration cakes, quoted by distance and timing.

once it's yours

Transport the box flat — on the floor of the car, not on a seat.
Keep it cool and out of direct sun. Buttercream softens quickly.
Store in the fridge, then bring the cake back to room temperature for an hour before serving. It makes a real difference.
Best on the day, still lovely the next. Cut slices keep two days covered.
